You’re hurt, you feel defeated and at times you feel as if you’re broken. Struggling to pick yourself back up and piece it all together, all of which that has fallen apart. You’ve felt as if you weren’t good enough, lacking confidence and the belief in self to continue on, to remain strong & keep going. ” It’s okay to not feel okay…” you’re human, you’ll make mistakes, you’ll go through rough patches, you’ll fall down several times but please be reminded that you’re strong enough to survive it all.
